Michael was an incredible host—flexible, responsive, and communicative throughout our stay. The accommodation was perfect for a weekend getaway. Situated in a private community straddling Stinson Beach, the property offers a stunning setting: the soothing sound of ocean waves drifts into the living room from one side, while a serene, swimmable canal backed by a dramatic mountain backdrop lies just steps away. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved being able to paddleboard in the afternoon sun as it burned off the coastal fog. After a few inevitable tumbles, the hot tub was a welcome way to warm up and unwind. Evenings felt magical with a soft breeze from the patio, a cozy fire crackling in the fireplace, and chill music flowing through the impressive soundbar system. Beyond the property itself, the location was ideal—with quick access to the beach (just a five-minute drive), nearby hikes like the Dipsea Trail, and convenient grocery option all close by. Highly recommend.

Michael was a great host. Very responsive during the booking process and especially during the stay. Any question I had was answered within 10-15 minutes. House was clean and as described. About a 15-20 minute to a private community beach, and centrally located for all local public beaches. Lots of parking, easy to find, and private. Would definitely book with him again

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to everything in the Russian River area. The beds were super comfy, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place and amazing host! Great location, cute and cosy place with all the amenities you need. Close to beach, fun mini golf course and cute downtown. Michael was responsive and very accommodating. His place is worth the stay! We will be back. :)

Loved our stay up in at the river. The accommodations were comfortable for our group of 3 and very well appointed. Driveway is a bit steep and challenging to navigate the first time down/up but once we were used to it, it was fine. Would definitely recommend staying there!

I would give Michael a 6-star review if I could!! My family and I had a wonderful time here! Plenty of space for a family of 4, very safe and secure location, and plenty to do in the immediate area (including playgrounds and a waterpark for kids). The house was precisely as described, and there were a lot of other convenient/safety features, too - such as labeled light switches, plenty of fire extinguishers, a back door alarm for the pool (in case the toddlers tried going for an unsupervised swim), and unique codes for the front door lock. Complimentary strollers and children's pool toys were also very well-appreciacted commodities! Michael was very communicative throughout our stay and made everything between check-in and check-out very easy. I had orginally joked that the kids wouldn't want to leave after the first night, but it turned out I was the one who wanted to stay longer! I would highly recommended Michael's AirBnB to anyone staying in the area or just passing through!

Michael was extremely responsive and very helpful. He checked in and made sure that we were enjoying our stay and was very quick to respond if we needed anything. This place was very clean, well stocked with toys/floats for the pool, and the amenities center within walking distance was AWESOME!

We had a magical stay at Michael’s place and didn’t want to leave! He was incredibly attentive and responsive, which we really appreciated. The home was spotless, and had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the views were breathtaking. This was one of the best air bnb’s I have been to, and our two toddlers also felt completely at home.
